Crl.M.P.No.7259 of 2023 CRL.M.P.No.7259 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.8728 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8728 of 2023 on 21.04.2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30. a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent submits that petitioner had been complied with the conditions and charge sheet had been filed before the concerned Court.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl side), earlier condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 21.04.2023 is totally relaxed. Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, on receipt of summons and to co-operate with the trial proceedings till the disposal of the case.
