O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking direction to the Second to Fourth Respondents to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 27.08.2018 made to the Second Respondent.

The Fourth Respondent has filed status report stating that it is not possible to consider the said representation made by the Petitioner in view of the pendency of appeal bearing A.S. No. 17 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Bhavani and S.A. No. 1553 of 2008 before this Court in respect of the same lands. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the Fourth Respondent, it is not possible to grant the relief as sought by the Petitioner and he has to await the outcome of the aforesaid legal proceedings.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
