This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5965 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2598 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
