O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.03.2023 seeking permission to continue their operation of taxi service in the airport premises.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking permission to continue their operation of taxi service in the airport premises, however, there is no response.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that pursuant to the petitioner's representation, the first respondent sent reply dated 13.04.2023 clarifying that the petitioner is not authorized to operate taxi services within the airport premises and the request for continuation of such operations is not legally tenable and further submitted that instead of challenging such reply, the petitioner has filed this writ petition which is not sustainable one. 2/4

4.The first respondent has sent reply dated 13.04.2023 to the petitioner's representation, rejecting the petitioner's request. Instead of challenging the reply of the first respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition which is not sustainable one. 5.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the reply sent by the first respondent dated 13.04.2023, in the manner known to law. No costs.
