This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5982 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2649 of 2021 on 29.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police twice in a month ie., on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
