ORDER

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Appeal dated 12.05.2017 filed by her, within a time frame.

3. Mr.K.Goviganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner on 12.05.2017 may be directed to be disposed of at an early date.

4. Mr.D.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 12.05.2017 preferred by the petitioner, as against the order passed by the 3rd respondent, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the 4th respondent.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
