(CRIME NO.743/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (b) imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.18185 of 2020 by its order dated 19.11.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as Toto or to any other condition and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.KINGSTON JEROLD, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 19.11.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders..

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 19.11.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m.. All other conditions remain unaltered.
