There is an error in paragraph Nos.1 and 3 of the order in the above petition.

2.It is mentioned in the order as if the earlier condition was that the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.However, the condition which was imposed and relaxed was directing the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Salem, once in a month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of five months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
