This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to amend the Sections as Section 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC instead of 294(b), 324 and 506(i) of IPC of IPC in Crl.OP.No.12771 of 2021 dated 23.07.2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 23.07.2021 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 12771 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy.
