This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records with respect of D.V.A.No.1 of 2021 on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi, filed by the 1 st Respondent and struck off the same against the petitioner herein.

Mr.A.Prithiviraj, representing Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned Counsel on record for the revision petitioners is present. 3.

The learned Counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioners, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
