ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to give necessary direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 11-11-2014 alleged to have been given by the petitioners.

It is averred in the petition that the petitioners, as defacto complainants, have given a complaint dated 11-11-2014, wherein it is stated that on the date of occurrence, the persons mentioned therein have demolished their dwelling house and looted gold jewels and also house-hold articles. Under the said circumstances, the complaint in question has been given. But the respondent has not registered the same and therefore, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint dated 11-11-2014 and also considering the fact that the second respondent has not registered the same, the following direction can be given to the second respondent: "In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The second respondent is directed to look into the complaint dated 11-11-2014 and if any cognizable offences are made out, further directed to take appropriate steps as per law."
