ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the communication of the respondent rejecting the petitioner's request to cross examine certain persons/officers during the adjudication proceedings. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the final order has been passed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
