ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvottiyur, Chennai, to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.4181 of 2017, within a stipulated time.

Heard Mr.A.Damodaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.V.Kannadasan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvottiyur, Chennai, to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.4181 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
