The petitioner, who was remanded to judicial custody on 01.05.2024 for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 IPC r/w 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959 IPC in Crime No.303 of 2024, seeks bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that petitioner is the brother of the defacto complainant. Due to a land dispute, petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with country made gun with bullets. As a result, the defacto complainant sustained injuries. gd 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the investigation in this case is not completed and it is in initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
