This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of direction to the second 1/3

respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2016.

2. When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute is civil in nature between and the petitioner and the third respondent. Hence, seeks this Court for a liberty to approach competent Civil Court for effective remedy.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner to approach competent Civil Court.
