The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.04.2024 for the alleged offence under Section 408, 420, 477-A and 120(B) of I.P.C. in CCB Crime No.1 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. Earlier, this court by an order dated 10.06.2025 granted interim bail on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees seven lakhs only) to the credit of CCB Crime No.1 of 2024 before the concerned Magistrate and adjourned the matter for reporting compliance.
3. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing under the caption "For reporting compliance", learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submitted that the petitioner has deposited the amount as per the order passed by this court. Hence, he seeks to grant bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also both side submissions, the interim bail granted by this court vide order dated 10.06.2024 is made absolute with certain conditions that [a] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m. for another period of 2/5
two months;
(b) the petitioner shall not commit any offences of similar nature;
(c) the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial;
(d) the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial; (e) on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Judicial Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560];
(f) if the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 229A IPC.
