ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph No. 7(c) of the order dated 24.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 7312 of 2026, insofar as the 1st petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 1st petitioner is 65 year old senior citizen suffering from severe health complications and is, therefore, unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the medical condition of the 1st petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.7(c) of the order dated 24.03.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.7312 of 2026. Hence, the said condition is relaxed insofar as the 1st petitioner alone in concerned.
