Based upon the Sale Deed executed in favour of the petitioner on 06.08.2009, a representation was made on 15.07.2015 for issuance of patta. Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
