Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to return the petitioner certificates in the academic year of 1992 12th standard mark list, 2004 teacher training college certificates and other certificates which was produced by the petitioner were at the time of admission. For Petitioner : Mr.C.Yokesh For Respondents : Mr.A.Kumar Special Government Pleader

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to return her certificates.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has made such request as early as on 03.06.2015, the respondents have not considered such request so far.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader, based on the instructions submitted that the said representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the above said representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to furnish a copy of the representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from today. No costs.
