BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION Nos.8155 & 8156 of 2022 IN CRL R.C.NOs.666 & 667 of 2022 K.RAJA RAO [ PETITIONER / RESPONDENT IN BOTH PETITIONS ] Vs 1 N.P.LAKSHMI [ RESPONDENT / PETITIONERS 2 TEJASHREE KOLLURI IN BOTH PETITIONS ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) Modify the condition (c) the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand only) in the above Revision Case within a period of FOUR WEEKS, failing which, the order of suspension of sentence shall stand cancelled automatically of this Hon'ble Court imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP Nos.
6997 & 7000 of 2022 in Crl RC.Nos.666 & 667 of 2022 by its order dated 06.06.2022 and pass such further or other orders that this Hon'ble Court. [CRL.M.P.Nos.6997 & 7000/2022] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SASI KUMARR, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH PETITIONS] and of MR.GAARKEY CHANDHAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a condition, in Crl.M.P.Nos.6997 & 7000 of 2022, dated 06.06.2022, was imposed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of the respective revision cases. Citing certain difficulties, the Registry is not accepting the said sum and therefore, he has filed the above petitions to modify the condition.

2.The earlier condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.6997 & 7000 of 2022 dated 06.06.2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of the respective revision cases is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of the maintenance case in M.C.No.238 of 2016.
3.Accordingly, the petitions are ordered.
