ORDER

The plaintiff is the revision petitioner in a suit in OS.No. 239/2008. The said suit was initially disposed of by the trial court, and on appeal in AS No. 23/2015, the appellate court remanded the matter to the trial court with a direction to dispose of the suit within a period of 3 months. 2.The said judgement of the first appellate court was passed as early as on

1.3.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite such positive direction having been given by the first appellate court, the suit is still pending, and it has not been disposed of post remand.

3.In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the CRP, and notice to the respondent is dispensed with considering the limited relief sought for in the revision petition. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed, and the learned Additional District and Sessions Court IV, Ponneri, is directed to dispose of the suit on merits and in terms of the order of remand in AS.No. 23/2015 on the file of the Principal Chief Judge, Thiruvallur, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 13-08-2025 jrs Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes To The Judge, Additional District and Sessions Court IV, Ponneri .
