Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent dated 5/7/17 in O.Mu.No.03343/Vu.1/2017 served on 13/7/17 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to recognize the reemployment as sought vide representation dated 15/5/17 by the petitioner as per government communication in letter No.3082/Z1/83-2 dated 23/3/85.
