Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ISAAC CHAMBERS, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-
Today, the respondent has filed the Writ Miscellaneous Petition for extension of time quoting administrative reason to complete the enquiry.
2. From the typed set of papers furnished by the respondents 1 to 4, it appears that the examination of witnesses was completed on 21.06.2019 and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 states that they are not going to examine any further witness.
3. Considering the reasons stated above, this Petition seeking extension of time is ordered till 10.07.2019. The respondents shall follow the following schedule to complete the enquiry: The respondents 1 to 3 shall furnish a copy of the enquiry report to the petitioner herein within 5 days from today. From the enquiry report, the petitioner shall give his explanation if any within 3 days. Thereafter, necessary orders to be passed before 10.07.2019.
Post the matter on 12.07.2019.
