ORDER
The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2025, for issuance of Class II Legal Heirship certificate in favour of S.Lokharatahaka Rao and the Legal Heirs of Late K.Chandralekha namely: a) K.Nageswararao b) P.Vasanthakumari c) K.Kottiswararao d) K.Dharmendra Rao and e) M.Geethalakshmi.
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for respondents would submit that the petitioner may have to take out an online application seeking issuance of legal heirship certificate. If any such application is submitted by the petitioner, the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court.
3. In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to take out an online application seeking issuance of legal heirship certificate. If any such application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the appropriate respondent and orders shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of such application filed by the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
