(CR.NO.90/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the suretie in the above Crime no.90 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent herein and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 27.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12634 of 2022 to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the case of 302 IPC, on the ground that the petitioner was standing along with the other accused persons and he has not specific overt act. However, the petitioner is having three previous cases. Even then, the petitioner failed to produce the sureties as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12634 of 2022 by order dated 27.05.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to extend the time for executing the sureties. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
