This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar police station daily at 10.30.am, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7968 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7968 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar police station once in a week at 10.30am., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
