This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.5941 of 2023, in Crl.O.P.No.7149 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that earlier the petitioner was directed to stay at Salem and subsequently, it was modified, thereby the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily and the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
