3. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings informs of much delay in the conduct of proceedings before the Court below. Considering the position that petitioner/wife has filed the petition seeking maintenance in the year 2014 and the same is pending for two

tsh years, this Court directs learned Family Judge, Vellore to dispose of FCMC.No.146 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
