ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Section 4(1)(a), 4(1-A) and 14A of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Cr.No.220 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 10 litres of ID arrack and further the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody.
