Crl.M.P.No.7258 of 2023 CRL.M.P.No.7258 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.8712 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8712 of 2023 on 21.04.2023 to report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submits that petitioner had been complied with the conditions and charge sheet had been filed.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl side), earlier condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 21.04.2023 is totally relaxed. Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, on receipt of summons and to co-operate with the trial proceedings till the disposal of the proceedings.
