The petition is filed to condone the delay of 400 days in filing the revision petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 18.12.2023 made in REP No.199 of 2022 on the file of Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Mettur in AOP No.22 of 2014.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condonation of delay.

3. The respondent has been served and counsel has also entered appearance, however, till date, no counter affidavit has been filed opposing for condonation of delay.

4. The reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condonation of delay are justifiable and prima facie, the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay in filing the revision.
