This revision arises out of an order passed in I.A.No.1273 of 2017, which was laid for rejection of plaint in O.S.No.228 of 2017, under Order 7 Rule 11(d) CPC., 1/3

2. This Court is informed that the suit itself is dismissed for default, and hence there is no need to keep alive the present revision petition and same may be closed.

3. In view of the above, the revision petition stands closed. However, in the eventuality of O.S.No.228 of 2017 being restored to its file, the revision petitioner will be at liberty to move this Court to revive the present revision. No costs.
