Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 5(e) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.10541 of 2021 dated 17.06.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10541 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act in Crime No.71 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
