ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on 14.03.2025 in the bail application in Crl.OP.No.7447/2025 that the petitioner/accused sign before the Mecheri Police Station every day at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
