praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2018 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2018 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate drew the attention of this Court to the Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of the third respondent on 27.05.2022 which was filed before the Registry on 15.06.2022.

3. In their Counter Affidavit, in Para 4 and 5 has stated that the 2/5

representation of the petitioner has been considered and the same is extracted herein:- "4. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to take action as per her petition dated 20.08.2018.

5. With regard to para 5 and 6, it is submitted that since the part of the grievances of the petitioner which was to register the instant case document has been complied with by the 3rd and 4th respondent and the instant case document was registered and returned to the parties."
