ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 25-08-2014. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not present.

It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as defacto complainant, has given a complaint dated 25-08-2014, wherein certain allegations have been made against the persons mentioned therein. But the respondent has not taken any appropriate steps so as to register the same. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the petition and also the nature of allegations made in the complaint dated 25-08-2014, the following direction can be given to the respondent:

"In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
