The applicant / 2nd defendant has filed the application to receive the additional written statement.

2. The said application was resisted by the respondents / plaintiffs on the ground that whatever the averments stated in the additional written statement, relates to the facts which had taken place after the filing of the suit and most of them are only court proceedings.

3. A memo dated 18.06.2019 has been filed on behalf of the Interim committee of the 1st defendant as well as the learned counsel for the 1st defendant stating that they are not opposing this application.

4. Taking note of the fact that the Interim committee appointed by this Court as well as the learned counsel for the 1st defendant has filed a memo dated 18.06.2019 stating that they are not opposing this application to receive the additional written statement, this application is ordered and the additional written statement filed by the 2nd defendant is taken on file. http://www.judis.nic.in

5. As the pleadings are completed in this suit, the suit shall be posted before the learned Additional Master III on 29.07.2018 for recording evidence.
