By an order of this Court dated 30.08.2016, the Civil Revision Petition was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Madras . In the meanwhile, there seems to be a memorandum of understanding entered into between the parties, which was also recorded by the Mediation Centre.
