Petitioner seeks a direction to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.S.No.297 of 2015 within a stipulated time.
2. Petitioner/plaintiff filed O.S.No.297 of 2015 on the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, seeking a declaration that the marriage between her and the respondent as null and void. Submitting that the respondent/husband is unduly protracting proceedings, learned counsel prays for a direction towards early disposal of the suit.
3. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner, this Court directs learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.S.No.297 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
