O R D E R

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 01.05.2017 within a time frame.

3. Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2017, the first respondent has not considered the same and passed any orders so far. 4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass order, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 4 to 9.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 4 to 9, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
