This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court by an order dated 17.09.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.9450 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.431 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had undergone Hernia operation and undertaking treatment with regard to the same. Therefore, he seeks for relaxation.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner had complied with the conditions.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed. The petitioner shall co-operate with the appeal proceedings.
