PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.06.2021 and file a FIR.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.06.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint to the 2nd respondent Police on 14.06.2021. Though C.S.R.No.56 of 2021 was assigned, no action taken so far. The petitioner's husband passed away on 12.10.2019 and she has two children. The petitioner's brotherin-law P.Balamurugan and father-in-law Perumal are misbehaving her. The 2nd respondent Police failed to take any action and proceeding the enquiry as though it is a matrimonial dispute with regard to the management of the trust and running of the school.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that an enquiry was conduct by the 2nd respondent Police on the complaint of the petitioner. During enquiry, it was found that there is some dispute with regard to the management of the trust. Since the petitioner's husband passed away, the other members of the trust are claiming right over the trust. He further submitted that the enquiry is pending, within a period of three weeks, the same would be completed.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
