Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed to the Petitioner, directed the Petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.5482/2021 dated 17.06.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ANBURAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUPLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5482 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 201 of IPC r/w Section 15 (3) of Medical Council Act, 1956 in Crime No.49 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.

5.This petition is ordered.
