ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the objections of the petitioner, as detailed in the representation dated 27.05.2022 and to conduct an enquiry in the third respondent's application and thereafter, pass final orders on the application filed by the third respondent, who is the mother of the petitioner, under Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the

learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that final order in the third respondent's application filed under the provisions of Senior Citizens Act, 2007, has already been passed by the Sub-Collector on 21.06.2022 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received the copy of the order dated 21.06.2022 passed by the Sub-Collector.

4. The respondents are directed to serve the copy of the same on the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.06.2022 passed by the Sub-Collector in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

6. After recording the submissions made by the respective learned counsels, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.06.2022 passed by the Sub-Collector in the application filed against the petitioner by the third respondent under the Senior Citizens Act, 2007 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs.
