ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.02.2015 in connection with CSR No.123 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
