Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to direct the third respondent to remove the encroachment of fourth respondent in Street way at Tiruvannamalai District, Arni Town, Veerapathiran Street, and Sundaram Street, joining encroachment of Street way in Ward 'A', Block No.3, Survey No.102, as per the petitioner's representation, dated 23.12.2017.
