2 SELVI [ RESPONDENT DEFACTO COMPLAINANT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 5(e) to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.A. 278 of 2021 and this Hon'ble Court passed an order dated 20.05.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.PRAKASH BABU, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.278 of 2021, dated 20.05.2021 directing the appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 05.06.2021 to till date. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed, but it is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has not been taken on file, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner. Therefore, the Criminial Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
