Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (1)pass an order directing payment out of the sum of Rs.5,92,498/- deposited by the 2nd respondent into the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Chennai (V court of Small Causes Chennai) to the credit of M.C.O.P.No. 1088 of 2012 dt. 2-3-2016 (in CMP.13909/2018);
(2) To pass an order directing payment out of the sum of Rs 7,02,829/- deposited by the 2nd Respondent into the Motor Accident claims Tribunal, Chennai (V Court of Small Causes, Chennai) to the credit of M.C.O.P.No. 1089 of 2012 dt. 02-03-2016(in CMP.13910/2018) and
(3) To pass an order directing payment out of the sum of Rs 5,04,545/- deposited by the 2nd Respondent into the Motor Accident claims Tribunal, Chennai (V Court of Small Causes, Chennai) to the credit of M.C.O.P.No. 1090 of 2012 dt.02-03-2016(in CMP.13911/2018) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respectively pending CMA Nos.3450 to 3452 of 2017. Order :These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.G.SURESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in each of the petitions and of MR.D.BHASKARAN Advocate for the 2nd respondent in all the petitions the court made the following order:- These appeals have been preferred by the claimants and hence, the amount deposited by the Insurance Company has to be paid to them. Hence, these petitions are ordered.
