ORDER

Seeking a direction to the third respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.12.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3.It is seen that the dispute essentially arose between the petitioner and Mr.Sengoda Gounder in respect of a landed property and in respect of the same, a decree has been passed in O.S.No.90 of 2002 on 21.05.2005 in favour of Mr.Sengoda Gounder. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Therefore, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
