This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2021 and make payment of balance escalation charges of Rs.12,23,975/- for the work package 5 ''Upgradation of Panchayat Union and Panchayat Roads to ODR Standards in Chennai (h) N&RR, Sub-Division'' awarded in pursuant to the Letter of acceptance in Letter No.O.Pa.Pa.133/2020-2021/Va.Tho.A/ dated 17.08.2020 on the file of the first respondent.
